This is just wrong on so many levels.  A 60 year old man is suing an 8 year old and his dad for about $75k in losses he claims to have suffered as a result of a skiing accident caused by the then 7 year old boy.  I could rant on this for hours, so I’ll just leave it at that.  See the full story in the Rocky Mountain News.

In Boston a burglar stole some gifts from under a neighbor’s Christmas Tree, then returned for his TV. Obviously not the brightest bulb on the strand, the crook was nabbed when police followed the trail of tinsel from the crime scene right to his door. Reported by KDKA News.

Interesting story today from metro.co.uk about a Connecticut high school where the janitor and 2 students (who thought they were alone) did their version of Guns N Roses - Welcome to the Jungle.  A teacher who mistook the lyrics for a death threat locked herself in the classrom and called the cops.
